2008 Bike Race rules

                                             Official 2008 Bike Rules
                                           
 
1.  All riders MUST wear a bike helmet.

 

2.  All riders MUST bring their bike inside the main grandstand entrance for registration by 8:15 PM.

 

3. NO riders shall be over 14 years old.

 

4.  Kneepads and elbow pads  are suggested.

 

GEAR RULES

 

1.  Riders that have bikes without gears shall race by age groups.

 

2.  Riders that have bikes with gears shall race together.

 

PRIZES/AWARDS

 

1.  The winner of each event will receive a brand new bike.  Riders finishing in the top 5 will receive a trophy.  Each participant will receive a certificate, goody bag and a snowball.... compliments of North Carolina Iron Works.
